Samsung galaxy tab 7.7 P6800 problem. "GT-P6800 does not support initializing"..

Hi! I'm from malaysia and new with samsung galaxy tab 7.7 P6800 I'm trying to upgrade it using samsung kies. But it said that.. "GT-P6800 does not support initializing".. why is so? can someone help me?

-Model: GT P6800
-Firmware version: 3.2 Honeycomb
-Baseband version: P6800DXLA2
-Kernel Version: 2.6.36-P6800DXLA2-CL616406
-Build Number: HTJ85B P6800DXLA2

are you using the Galaxy Tab Stock Launcher or a downloaded app Launcher ?

Hi, before that I only root my galaxy tab and also unroot my galaxy tab. I use blackmart ADW launcher ex for smooth scrolling. Can i know this launcher will block my checking upgrade firmware version? I also fully factory reset and try to check my galaxy tab but problem still present. So can you help me to solve this problem?
