Hi all,

I would really appreciate your help me with this issue. I bought a new digitizer (touchscreen) as the original one broke after falling on the floor. After replacing and gluing it I struggle to stick the flexi cable of this touchscreen back into the corresponding port. There is a line on the flexicable and motherboard indicating, if the flexi cable is stuck properly into the port, it looks like I need to push it just a little bit more (1 millimeter) forward, but I am afraid of damaging the cable or motherboard when using brutal force.

Is there anyone having previous experience with touchscreen or flexi cable replacement?

Thank you.
