MicroSD Card, Galaxy Tab 7 plus Upload photos on MicroSD Card to phpbb photo forum

From my computer I transferred photos to my MicroSD card. If I leave the MicroSD card in my computer the images upload to my phpbb nature photo forum with no difficulty. If I attempt the same upload from the MicroSD card in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7, I get the message "The image file you tried to attach is invalid". The internet forum does find the image on the MicroSD card in the Samsung tab, but just can't upload from the Samsung tab. I tried two different phpbb forums and got the same result on each. Help please!
