Mic wont work

I have Galaxy Tab II, since 4 days. I did everything I could to make my mic work but it don't. Have someone the same problem? How can I solve this?

Can you just confirm your issue please.

Are you saying that when you speak into your tab, you cannot be heard by the person you are calling?

And....what have you done to try to make it work?

Mic don't work at all. I checked it on many recording apps, on test devices, on skype, when I make a calls. Could it be the soft problem? or technical one?

Only one bit of advice really when a Tab is only 5 days old.....take it back, it's faulty.
Be firm with the retailer, this is not a reported problem that I know of from in here.
