Hi all,
I've just got a new galaxy tab 7.7 and tried to connect it to my home PC. However, i can't see it as a mass storage device under explorer, nor can I connect it to Kies (i downloaded the latest version from samsung website). When I plug it in, they will say new hardware detected, then after that come out with an error message that says cannot connect to hardware because the files might not have been installed correctly (or something along that line). Now i can only transfer files thru kies air.
My home PC is running on XP.
I tried connecting it to my work PC and it was able to detect the tab, so it's not the tab issue.
Anyone else have problems with XP and 7.7 connection?
