Mine is a Model P6210 and does not offer the option "USB Settings" in the Wireless & Networks tab. I have not learned yet how to transfer files between the Galaxy Tab and my MacBook, or between the Tab and a USB storage medium.

for file transfers between your Tab & Macbook :-
Option 1. connect the Tab & Macbook via Bluetooth & transfer files
Option 2. upload files from a Macbook or Tab to some sort of cloud storage, such as Dropbox,
download from Dropbox to Tab or Macbook
