Keis Air has stopped unexpectedly

I have a Galaxy Tab 7.7, and when I run Keis air on the tab I get an error "the application Keis Air (process com.sunsung.swift.app) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"

This is a new unit, and I know it worked on a previous unit, and not sure where the difference is?

any ideas please?
