Hi all,

Anybody have any recommendations for a weather widget? I'm after something that can do multiple locations. The accuweather one has a big clock with it!

Thanks

Matt

You can use the WeatherEye App. It is a good one with a much more reliable source than Accuweather. You can also have more than one location.

Plus it allows you to switch to the PROPER Celsius method instead of that Fahrenheit garbage. :yahoo:

I've tried Accuweather and found that its widget is to big. Its widget also equiped with other 2 applications that I don't want.

Now, I use WeatherBug. It can add multple location as you want.

If it is like the PC version I HEAVILY suggest that you move it to the trash. The PC Version is spyware.

Just FYI.

Which one are you referring to...the Accuweather app or the Weather Bug app? I've been using Weather Bug as well, and it is not spyware.

 LOL! Many years ago, it was rumored that WeatherBug was spyware. In fact, it was just adware. The user was heavily bombarded with ads, but only within the free WeatherBug window. I'm talking in the late 1990's, early 2000's.

These days, they are a reputable company. I believe their free PC apps do still contain ads, but they are not as intrusive as in the past.

I admit that I, for one, (even today) whenever I see the name WeatherBug, do have a slight negative connotation toward them, even though I know they are a legitimate company.
