Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 dialing using the tab as a phone

I got the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1, is there any suggested application i can download to use the the tab to dial contacts?

Please not I'm residing in Sa and would like a local app.

As far as I'm aware....none of the 10.1's have GSM calling capability....

If you have a model with a 3g sim slot, it is normally there to supplement Internet data access when outside wifi range...

Again, I don't think any of the 10.1's have dialing software on-board, and I would think the only calls you would be able to make would be by VOIP.

Someone please prove me wrong......
