Column Scrolling Problem can't scroll web page columns

On my new Samsung Galaxy Tablet (7.7) calling up Microsoft Office 365's Outlook produces the normal three columns from right to left - a folder column (listing all my email folders), an email column (center column listing all my emails) and finally the reading pane (last column). The first and third columns scroll normally but the center column - the list of emails, won't scroll - so I can't get to all my emails. I have no problems with my account on Chrome, Explorer or Safari - but the default browser on my new Samsung Galaxy Tablet produces this problem of not scrolling. Even if I turn-off the reading pane – no improvement. The Office 365 folks say it something to do with the tablet not my account as it works fine in other systems. Anyone use Office 365 or have experienced / fixed column scrolling problems ???
