Swype keyboard issues on galaxy 10.1

I've been having issues with my Swype keyboard . It will randomly cut off the end of words after numerous attempts to sta a live chat online with Samsung, an 1 1/2 conversation wi a tech on the phone to have another tech call me 3 days later & tell me that what I have to do to correct the issue is to long hold the space bar & then tap it between each word . This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard & its taken me 15 minutes just to type this short post. Has anyone found a better solution to this problem.
