I've logged in to go to the help forum with an issue and it says I cant start a new topic...can someone advise me on how to get help? Thank you

Welcome to the forum…………it’s nice to meet you

You don't start your new topic in Forum Help, you start it in the subsection for your tab.

You will find there’s lots of great information in here to help enhance your user experience.
Don’t forget to register your tab and download the User Manual :good:

Samsung Support, Register your Product, Create a Samsung Account
(settings, about device, status, scroll down for Serial Number)

And why not Edit your profile signature to include your Tab model…….
Tap on your "UserName" (top of screen) - "My Profile" - "Edit my profile" - "Change Signature"
ADD :- your Galaxy Tab Model Number

Check out the Forum Help section.
Then, If you can't find what you need in "FORUM SEARCH" feel free to ask in the forum section for your Tab Model

You cannot post within the "Forum Help" section it is locked.....If you read carefully the "Post a Problem" advice, it tells you to find the section that covers your device and post in it's user help section...

You will find this place is packed with info, tips, and tricks dating back to when the Tab was first launched

Don’t forget to register your tab and download the User Manual :good:
