Hello,

I need help and wasn't able to find an answer on the forum, hope you can help me!

I need my computer to recognize my tab (10.1, 32G, wi-fi) as a usb storage device so I can use itunes agent...

I'm tried looking the tab settings, searching the web... no luck!

Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Thanks! :)

I don't have this tab but on my P1010 under applications there is a development option that then sets it to be noticed via USB

Hello zstatman!

Under applications/development/etc... there's only a debugging option, that doesn't help fix my problem... :nea:

Thanks for your suggestion!

:)

Check your Windows 7 Device Manager for errors, yellow exclamation marks etc.

If they are present, then the chances are that you need a windows driver from the Samsung Support Site to get your 10.1 installed and recognized....

Hi Wizz!

I did what you suggested... no luck!

I found on the Samsung site that has live agents to chat with. Their answer is that it's not possible to use that tablet as an hard drive ( on the hard disk section on My Computer). It always stays as a removable device...

I don't know what I'll do... I search the web a lot to find a way to sinc my itunes librairy on my tab and the solution I found was with iTunes agent that neads the tab to be "mounted"...

I did not find another way to transfer my music including the playing lists, etc...

Do you have an idea...? (me asking with all fingers crossed!!!)

I don't know about windows 7, but in my PC with Windows XP I can see Galaxy tab as an additional Hard Drive without doing anything extra. I have samsung Kies installed but this does not require Kies. I can copy videos directly onto Tablet
