Galaxy power and volume buttons not responding power and volume not working

Hi can anyone help

I recently have found that the volume contol buttons on my galaxy had stopped working
But now the power button also is not responding

I have had to keep my tablet constantly on as i cannot power it down
And on charge. when not in use i have to turn the screen time out to 15 sec
And when i want to use the tablet take the power lead out and then plug it back in
To wake the tablet out of hiberntion

Without the use of the buttons is there way to do a
Hard reset. . And even if i do will that rectify the problem

Has anyone else had both buttons not responding
And if so how was it rectified
Im from the UK and brought my tablet online so taking it back to
Retailer not an option and cant seem to find an offical samsung repair
Center
