Hey guys!
I'm having many problems with my new GT-P7500. First of all, I connected it o the PC when Kies was running, and then a window popped up about some firmware upgrade. I selected it, and it started. After an awful lot of time (a couple of hours), there was some kind of problem and the update failed. Then, I had a screen in the tab telling me to select "recovery mode" through Kies. I did it, and it was going fine until it reached 77%. Then, it got stuck for several hours (I even went to sleep, and when I woke up it was still at the same point).
I've barely used it, so I decided to reset it to factory settings. I found out how to do it by using the power and volume buttons. However, it also doesn't work! I can manage to reach that screen where I can decide between the reset and downbload mode. Then, I select the reset option, a screen with the android logo appears and on the left side there's a couple of green letters showing up, but I have nothing to select from that screen. Then, it says it is "installing something" and a bar appears (just like a download bar, for example). However, it suddenly shuts down and the "recovery mode through Kies" screen appears once again.
I have no clue what to do. I've researched about it, but I couldn't find a specifict solution. I managed to write everything I could imagine to be relevant to describe my problem and to try to find a solution, but I could've forgotten something.
Thanks in advance.

Problems with firmware, recovery and reset (fixed)

I don't know exactly what I did now, but the restoration through Kies worked. I'll try to tell what I did, so people who have the same problem and get into this thread in the future may have some help, even though I barely knew what I was doing.
After I tryed to reset to factory, I decided to try restoration through Kies once again. Then, I shut down my PC and turned it on again, so the first thing I'd do after windows started would be try that restoration. Then, I opened Kies and started all over again. First time, it didn't even start. Second time, the process stuck at 33%. So, finally, after the third try, everything went right. Apparently, my previous attempts to restore factory settings didn't have any effect indeed, as all my apps are there.
Maybe the solution was the most simple, which I think it was restarting Windows, although I'm not sure. I actually feel a little bit like a fool for not trying it before hahaha
